Lukashenko pardons 31 Ukrainians jailed in Belarus, state news agency reports
Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko has pardoned 31 Ukrainian citizens convicted of criminal offences on the territory of Belarus, the state news agency Belta reported on Saturday.
